It was 1969, and in the Recoleta neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, our first store opened its doors. Since then, we have been committed to creating each flavor with a new and unique recipe, expressing each variety irresistibly and with the highest quality.

Driven by our passion for flavor and by our search to always be faithful to our Italian roots, Freddo has grown over the years.

First, there were some neighborhoods in Buenos Aires; shortly after, we spread throughout Argentine territory, and finally, we reached the United States, Uruguay, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Panama, and Mexico achieving an important presence throughout the continent by today.

This fabulous growth was not only geographical. Our offer became more and more sophisticated, with variants not only of flavor but of textures, combinations, and formats, always thinking that you could enjoy it to the fullest.

We use only fresh milk from our dairy. This allows us to work following quality and flavor standards controlled by us.

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS

THE KEY TO QUALITY FREDDO

With the same care as since 1969, our production process without preservatives differs from the rest by having a unique recipe to achieve each flavor.

The ice cream is whipped for 4 hours to obtain a creamy and handmade texture, highlighting the natural attributes of each of our ingredients.

We take care of all the mixing, pasteurization, homogenization and maturation processes with the highest standards to make the best ice cream with our seal, as only we can do it.

Freddo is today the leading artisan ice cream brand in Argentina, with more than 160 branches throughout the country.

But its international expansion has no limits. With more than 60 branches throughout the American continent, our high-quality products continue to gain fans around the world thanks to their flavors and unique recipes of Italian tradition.

One of our main objectives is that more and more people can join the Freddo experience, which is why we are constantly looking for new opportunities to ensure that our international presence continues to grow.
